	Beef Our Beef defines the standards of today, meat quality is our priority, therefore all our beef comes fom only the most supreme cattle, chosen at the right age for their muscles depth, leanness and conformation.
	Lamb Our Lamb is sourced from our own, and other carefully selected Farms, being grass fed on sweet meadow grasses and clover giving them a characteristic flavour.
	Pork The high quality reflected in our Pork is a tribute to the care and attention that has been taken to rear Oxfordshire's finest pork.
	Burgers Our handmade burgers have been developed for their own flavour using our own recipes, they contain only the finest ingredients and have a high meat content.
	Sausages We believe that the best ideas are often the simplest and for this reason we have chosen a range of straightforward, sausage recipes that will make your choice an easy one.
	Poultry We are delighted to offer the Diaper range of Poultry from the Diaper farms in Suffolk. Try the standard range which is superb for Catering, full flavoured and reliably sized.
